Hans Miller is a prolific artist and musician based in central New York. He has a BA degree in visual arts and also studies drums, piano, guitar, and bass. Picture Inventions was created more than twenty-five years ago. The idea is works of the imagination. Created or invented artworks are human expressions. The roles of artists have changed since the advent of the camera. A machine cannot impart interpretation or meaning. Being human becomes more important in an artificial context.

Picture Inventions online art gallery is an independent small business featuring artworks by Hans and website design by Sarah. We invest in high-quality printing and exceptional frames by Simply Frames, a U.S. company.  

We ship within the U.S., all 50 states and territories for mugs and shirts and the 48 contiguous states for framed prints. If you are outside of those areas and are interested in our products let us know. Comments and critiques are welcome.
